On ubuntu 8.10 you will need to type the following to install Gitso:
sudo apt-get -f install x11vnc vncviewer libvncserver0 python-wxgtk2.8
sudo apt-get -f install python-wxtools python-wxversion libwxbase2.8-0 libwxgtk2.8-0
(This one is all on one line)
wget http://gitso.googlecode.com/files/gitso_0.5_all.deb
sudo dpkg -i gitso_0.5_all.deb
To run the application you will need to go to the "Application" menu, then
"Internet" and click on "Gitso"
Enter the address of the person giving you support and press "Start" and Bobs your uncle. Or in my case my brother.
